Is this in person or online?
At this time, all consultation and group services are fully online. Workshops can take place online nationwide, or in person in most areas of Southern Ontario
Video call options:

Non-video call options:
– Scheduled phone call
Are accommodations available?
We are committed to making our services as comfortable and accessible as possible. At the time of booking, please let us know which format works best for you, and how we can best support you.
If you don’t see an option that works for you, please reach out using the contact form or by emailing [email protected] and we can find a solution together
Examples of accommodations:
- Captions can be turned on for any video call service that supports captions
- Cameras can be turned off for more of a ‘phone call’ feel
- Follow-up email to assist with memory or information processing are available upon request
- Mid-call prompting to assist with organized discussion and recall of agenda
- Reminders of how much time we have left
- Multi-tasking-friendly – you will have our full attention, but you are welcome to putter, fidget, knit, or whatever you’d like to help you keep focused
What are your prices?
To provide you with the most accurate pricing information, please fill out the Contact Form or send us an email at [email protected] and let us know which services you’re interested in. We’re also happy to hop on a free 20 minute introductory call to discuss what you’re looking for and how we can help.
Consultations: 100$ per hour for individuals and families, 150$ per hour for organizations and businesses
Workshops: beginning at 500$ for 2 hours
Groups: Price varies
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment via e-transfer. Should you require a different payment method, or have any questions, please contact us so we can find a solution together
Life happens: What are your payment and cancellation policies?
Consultations: The full amount is due prior to the start of the session. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, and as much notice as possible for rescheduling.
Workshops require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, and 7 days’ notice for cancellations. Payment in full must be completed on the day of the presentation. Further details can be discussed
