Hello from Hamilton, Ontario! I was the first neurodivergent person to be diagnosed in my (now very apparently) neurodivergent family. As an often high masking individual myself, my diagnosis was initially met with skepticism and a lack of support. ADHD/AuDHD is not a one-size-fits-all diagnosis. Understanding and accepting my brain, incorporating strategies to help succeed and cope, and working to overcome the shame and guilt associated with not fitting into boxes, has been an ongoing mission. I welcome you to join me on this mission as I work to create more neurodivergent-friendly environments and well-equipped support persons by sharing my knowledge and lived experiences.

Hi from Mississauga, Ontario! My love of learning and special interests have made me a well of information with an unending drive to understand all that can be understood. However, despite my passion for learning, school and I did not get along. My AuDHD and I have a complicated relationship at times. I know the frustration of feeling misunderstood, and the exhaustion from wearing a mask all the time. This is why I strive to create a non-judgmental space, meeting people where they are at with patience, empathy, and life-tested strategies.
